Today we learnt what call a male and a female kiwi make. We learnt that a male kiwi makes a high pitched noise and the female make a noise like they have a sore throat.
Wasn't Mrs McIntosh lucky to get to hold the Kiwi. I love the name they gave her - APANUI. I hope Apanui lives long and proporous in our bush around Ohope. Well done Room 4 for getting stuck into our inquiry about the kiwi our national icon. Mr T
